Privacy Policy

Out of privacy information, “personal information” means “personal information” set forth in the Personal Information Protection law, and it refers to information regarding living individual whereby the specific individual can be identified by items included in said information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and other descriptions.
Out of privacy information, “history information and characteristic information” refers to information other than “Personal Information” set forth in the above, and it refers to service used by user and product purchased by user, history of webpages and advertisements viewed by user, search keyword looked up by user, use date, use method, use environment, postal code, gender, occupation, age, user’s IP address, cookie information, positional information, and individual identification information of device.

The Club may ask user for personal information when user is registering for use such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, driver’s license number. Further, there may be cases where transaction record that includes user’s personal information formed between user and cooperation destination, and information about payment are being collected from entity such as cooperation destination of the Club (includes entity such as supply source of information, advertiser, advertisement transmission destination, hereinafter “Cooperation Destination” ).
The Club will collect information about user when user uses the service of the Club and Cooperation Destination or when browsing webpages such as services and software being used, purchased products, history of browsed webpages and advertisements, searched keywords, use date/time, use method, use environment (includes, but not limited to, communication status of mobile device if using said device, various setup information upon the use), IP address, cookie information, positional information, individual identification information of device such as history information and characteristic information.

（1）Displaying information concerning registration information such as name, address, contact information, payment method, service being used and purchased products and their payments, so that user can browse and revise his/her registration information and browse his/her revision/use status.
（2）Using email address to contact and send notice to user, using contact information such as name and address to send product to user and contact user on needs basis.
（3）Using information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, bank account number, credit card number, driver’s license number, and arrival result of mail with acknowledging of receipt to confirm the identity of user.
（4）Using information related to payment to bill user such as name of purchased product and volume, type and period, frequency and billed amount of the service being used, name, address, bank account number and credit card number.
（5）To help user input data in a convenient way, displaying information registered at the Club on the input screen and forwarding other services based on user’s instruction (includes service provided by the Cooperation Destination)
（6）Using information to specify individual such as user’s use form, name and address to reject the use by user in violation of the use policy of this Service and user who attempts to user the service for illegal/illegitimate purposes by way of failing to make payment on time and causing damage to third party.
（7）To correspond to inquiry from user, using information that Club needs to provide service to user such as inquiry content and information concerning payment bill, user’s use status of service and contact information.
（8）Purpose accompanying above user purposes

By excluding the following cases, the Club will not provide personal information to third party without obtaining the prior consent of user, provided, however, that it shall not apply if required by Personal Information Protection Law and other relevant laws and regulations.
（1）If based on laws and regulations.
（2）Circumstance deemed necessary to protect a person’s life, body or property, and is difficult to obtain the consent of person himself/herself.
（3）Circumstance especially needed to improve public health or promote sound upbringing of children, and is difficult to obtain the consent of person himself/herself.
（4）Circumstance where government agency, local public organization or its outsourced entity calls for cooperation so that said entity can implement affairs set forth by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of person himself/herself can potentially hinder the implementation of said affairs.
（5）If the following matters are notified or announced in advance

Stop the providing of personal information to third party by corresponding to the request of person himself/herself
Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, a person shall not correspond to third party in the following cases.
（1）If the Club is outsourcing all or part of handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the use purpose
（2）If personal information is being provided accompanying merger and business succession caused by other reasons
（3）In the case of using personal information by sharing with specified person, the state whereby a prior notice is made to person himself/herself, or the state where person himself/herself can readily access the information about the name or title of the person responsible for said shared use and jointly used personal information items, scope of joint user, use purpose of user and management of said personal information.

In the event the Club is asked by the person himself/herself to disclose personal information, the Club will disclose it to said person without delay, provided, however, that if corresponding to any of the following cases, the Club may not disclose all or part of said information, and if deciding to not disclose, the Club will notify said intention without delay.
（1）Risk of harming life, body, property and other rights and interests of person himself/herself or third party
（2）Risk of causing substantial interference to the proper implementation of the Club operation
（3）Other circumstances in violation of laws and regulations
Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, as a general rule, information other than personal information such as history information and characteristic information will not be disclosed.

If user’s own information held by the Club turns out to be a wrong information, user may ask the Club to revise or delete personal information through the procedure prescribed by the Club.
If the Club receives the request stated in the previous paragraph from user and determines that there is a need to correspond to user’s said request, it will revise and delete said personal information without delay, and will notify user of said action.

If user requests to stop the use or delete personal information (hereinafter “Stop the Use”) on the ground of personal information being handled beyond the scope of use purpose, or personal information being obtained through illegitimate means, the Club will conduct necessary investigation without delay and based on said result, will carry out measures such as stop the use of personal information, and will notify user of such actions. However, if great expense is required to Stop the Use of personal information or other cases deemed difficult to Stop the Use, if alternative measure can be carried out to protect the rights and interests of user for said cases, the Club will carry out said alternative measure.

The content of this privacy policy may be changed without providing notice to user.
Unless otherwise stipulated by the Club, the changed version of privacy policy shall come into effect at the time of posting said policy on this website.
